Eligibility

What qualified partners need.

Submission of requirements does not guarantee qualification. Approval, stock limits, products and collection schedules are based on Ray's Food Trading's assessment and verification.

Your business

Physical store with regular and established operating hours
Continuous operation for at least two to four months
Active Facebook page or other business social-media account
Business owner or authorized representative available for verification

Documents to prepare

Valid Mayor's or Business Permit
DTI or SEC Business Registration
Proof of business address
Valid government-issued ID of the business owner

Approval process

Store visit or online verification before approval
Signed Consignment Contract and Terms and Conditions
Agreed stock limit, product list, quantity and settlement schedule
Signed delivery, inventory and collection documentation for each delivery

Requirement confirmation I have a valid Mayor's or Business Permit available. I have DTI or SEC Business Registration available. I can provide proof of business address and a valid owner ID. I understand that Ray's Food Trading will verify my business and that approval is subject to assessment and signed terms.

The Consignment Program is subject to business verification, approved account limits, product availability and the final signed agreement. Ray's Food Trading may assess or revise a partner's stock limit, products, quantities and settlement schedule based on account history and business conditions.
