Consignment Program

Keep your shelves moving without immediate full payment.

Ray's Food Trading supports qualified coffee shops, milk tea shops, cafes, snack houses and restaurants with selected business supplies on consignment.

01Verified accounts

Store, documents and business details are assessed before approval.

02Two-week cycle

Inventory and settlement are scheduled approximately every two weeks.

03Flexible supply

Products may come from ready stock or approved suppliers, subject to availability.

How it works

From verification to replenishment.

01Submit requirements

Share the required business documents, store information and product needs.

02Business verification

Ray's verifies the documents, physical store, operating history and business social-media account.

03Agreement and stock limit

Qualified partners sign the contract and receive an approved initial stock limit.

04Product planning

Both parties agree on the products, quantities, consignment prices and schedule.

05Delivery and documentation

Products are counted, recorded and signed for on the Consignment Delivery, Inventory and Collection Form.

06Inventory and settlement

Ray's returns approximately every two weeks to check stock, settle chargeable items and discuss replenishment.

Key terms

Clear terms for a reliable partnership.

The signed Consignment Contract and Terms and Conditions remains the controlling agreement for every approved partner.

Ownership and products

Consigned products remain the property of Ray's Food Trading until they are sold, opened, used, damaged, lost, improperly stored, expired through improper handling or otherwise unaccounted for. Products cannot be transferred without written approval.

Pricing and markup

Every delivery has an agreed consignment price. Partners may set their own retail or menu price, but the amount due to Ray's is based on the agreed consignment price and chargeable products, not the partner's sales revenue or profit.

No immediate full payment

Approved products are delivered without immediate full payment, unless the account assessment requires a security deposit, partial payment or another arrangement.

Inventory and payment

Physical inventory is conducted approximately every two weeks or on the agreed schedule. Payment is due on the scheduled settlement date for products sold, opened, used, missing, damaged, lost or otherwise not returnable in saleable condition.

Storage and expiry

Partners must follow storage, temperature, sanitation and handling instructions. Products for rotation or retrieval must be reported and made available at least 30 calendar days before their printed expiration date.

Replenishment and account status

New stock may be released after inventory, payment and discrepancy resolution are complete and the account remains in good standing. Stock limits, quantities and schedules are based on assessment and account history.

Products and payments

Core supplies for food businesses.

Availability depends on ready inventory, supplier stock, lead time, demand, storage requirements and approved account limits.
